2-(R)-[1-(R)-[3,5-双(四氟甲基)苯基]乙氧基]-3-(S)-(4-氟苯基)吗啉(R)樟脑磺酸盐和碳酸钾溶于二甲基甲酰胺，在22℃加入3-氯甲基-1,2,4-三唑啉-5-酮的二甲基甲酰胺溶液，搅拌，加入水，用冰浴冷却。过滤收集结晶，水洗，干燥，得阿瑞吡坦。
用途
抗肿瘤中的镇吐原料。
