生产方法
1.辅酶Q10可以由合成法和微生物发酵法生产。也可以从猪心肌中提取。

5.提取细胞色素C后的心渣,以水漂洗去除(N
H4)2SO4和脂肪,甩干,加入焦性没食子酸拌匀。另于回流罐中加入约2倍量乙醇,再加固体烧碱,搅拌溶解,配制成碱浓度约为10%(质量浓度)的醇碱溶液,然后投入拌有焦性没食子酸的心渣,迅速加热至沸,回流25~30min皂化。再迅速冷却至室温,在冷却的皂化物中,加入适量120号汽油,萃取三次,使萃取完全,合并萃取液,以水反复洗涤至近中性。将水洗后的萃取液减压浓缩至原体积的1/10左右,低温过滤除去析出的杂质(主要是胆固醇)。将澄清滤液加入硅胶层析柱。先用120号汽油洗涤去杂质,再用乙醚汽油混合液(1∶10,体积分数)洗脱,收集黄色带部分的洗脱液。在黄色油状洗脱液中,加入适量无水乙醇,温热使溶解完全。趁热过滤,滤液置冰箱中使结晶完全。滤得结晶,在无水乙醇中重结晶或经硅胶柱再层析,可得纯度更高的辅酶Q10。
6.除上述皂化法外,尚有溶剂直接提取法和溶剂提取皂化法。溶剂提取法的收率不如皂化法,但省除了应用焦没食子酸。较大量的焦没食子酸在皂化过程中可能产生乙氧基衍生物,皂化过程中也可充入氮气。正己烷、正庚烷、异辛烷、环己烷、乙醚以及乙醇和乙醚混合溶剂都可用来提取辅酶Q10。层析纯化的吸附剂可用硅胶和氧化铝等。

用途
1.辅酶Q10是线粒体电子传递链的重要成员之
一,也在氧化磷酸化中起重要作用。可用于治疗心脏病,如心肌梗死、狭心症等。作为机体非特异性免疫增强剂,广泛用于治疗细菌或病毒性感染,如病毒性肝炎、亚急性肝坏死、暴发性肝炎所致的脑水肿、迁延性肝炎和慢性肝炎等。也可用于肿瘤病人的综合治疗,以改善其免疫功能。
2.细胞呼吸和细胞代谢的激活剂,也是机体的非特异性免疫增强剂。用于急、慢性病毒性肝炎,亚急性肝坏死等症,也用于癌症的辅助治疗、细菌和病毒感染等。
