生产方法及用途
生产方法
以发酵生产的头孢菌素C为原料,经保护性水解得7-氨基头孢烷酸(7-ACA),与噻吩乙酰氯缩合,所得产物经乙酸丁酯提取,活性炭脱色,最后加入甲醇醋酸钠成盐,结晶而得头孢噻吩钠。
用途
原料药。
