化合物简介
胆钙化醇(英语:Cholecalciferol,又称为维生素D3或胆钙化固醇)是维生素D的一种,胆固醇脱氢后生成的7-脱氢胆固醇经紫外线照射即可形成胆钙化醇,因此也就是说胆钙化醇的维生素D原是7-脱氢胆固醇。胆钙化醇在肝脏中经羟化酶系作用形成25-羟胆钙化醇,再在肾脏中被羟化为1,25-二羟胆钙化醇,这种物质的活性较胆钙化醇高50%,被证明是维生素D在体内的真正活性形式。且1,25-二羟胆钙化醇属于肾脏分泌的一种激素,因此实际上胆钙化醇也是一种激素原。

生产方法及用途
生产方法
1.将7-脱氢胆固醇溶于乙醇,用紫外光照射开环,反应液浓缩、冷冻、过滤,滤液通氮减压浓缩至干,得粗维生素D3液。再经精制而得维生素D3。
2.从植物油或酵母中提取人体不能吸收的7-脱氢胆固醇,溶于氯仿或环己烷,用紫外线照射转化成维生素D3
3.将7-脱氢胆固醇溶于乙醇,用紫外光照射开环,反应液浓缩、冷冻、过滤,滤液通氮减压浓缩至干,得粗维生素D3,再经精制即可。
用途
维生素D3的维生素类药,主要促进肠内钙磷的吸收和沉积,用于治疗佝偻病及骨质软化病。
