生产方法及用途

生产方法

主要采用氯化法以1,5-蒽醌二磺酸钠为原料,在盐酸溶液中加入氯酸钠进行氯化反应,再经过滤、洗涤、烘干而得。先将水和蒽醌-1,5-二磺酸钠盐加入反应釜内,搅匀,再加入30%盐酸,升温至94~95oC,慢慢加入8%氯酸钠溶液。加毕,测试终点,取样趁热过滤,滤液冷却后无沉淀析出为终点。冷至60oC以下,过滤、洗至中性,烘干,既得1,5-二氯蒽醌。

用途

作染料中间体。用于合成分散蓝2BLN。
