2,4,6-三硝基苯甲酸用锡粒还原得到2,4,6-三氨基苯甲酸,其稀溶液加热回流20h,用盐酸酸化,冷却结晶,得间苯三酚。收率46-53%。
用途
检定锑、砷、铈、铬酸盐、铬、金、铁、汞、亚硝酸盐、锇、钯、锡、钒、香草素和木质素等，测定糠醛、戊糖、多缩戊糖、甲醇、水合氯醛、松节油、木质化细胞组织和胃液中的盐酸，骨标本的脱钙。
