生产方法

1.生产方法简述由邻苯二甲酸二乙酯和乙酸乙酯在乙醇钠作用下缩合,然后用稀酸水解制得。
2.制法: 于装有搅拌器、滴液漏斗、回流冷凝器(安装氯化钙干燥管)的反应瓶中,加入邻苯二甲酸二乙酯
(2)125g(0.563mol),金属钠丝25g(1.09mol),蒸汽浴加热。滴加由干燥的乙酸乙酯122.5g(1.39mol)和2.5mL无水乙醇配成的混合液,约1.5h加完,而后继续搅拌反应6h。冷却,加入乙醚50mL。过滤析出的钠盐,以乙酸乙酯洗涤。将钠盐溶于1.5L热水中,冷却至70℃,剧烈搅拌下加入100mL硫酸(由3份硫酸和1份水组成)。冰水浴冷却至15℃。抽滤,水洗,于100℃干燥,得1,3-茚二酮
(1)58g,收率71%。用二氧六环-苯重结晶(加入石油醚),mp130℃。
