3,4-Dichlorphenylisocyanate is a chemical compound used as a chemical intermediate and in organic synthesis. It is a solid, and ranges in colour from white to yellow. It is an irritant for tissues including eyes and mucous membranes, and inhalation of dust from the chemical is poisonous. It can be used industrially in the preparation of triclocarban by reaction with p-chloroaniline.

生产方法及用途
生产方法
其制备方法是在反应釜内加入甲苯为溶剂，冷却下通入一定量的光气，然后滴加3，4-二氯苯胺的甲苯溶液，并不断搅拌一定时间，控制反应温度在0～3℃，然后移至热反应锅继续不断通入光气，并加热到一定温度，此时有大量的氯化氢和光气逸出，用甲苯吸收，尾气进尾气处理装置，通过溶液变成透明液，反应结束用氮气赶去剩余的光气和氯化氢，然后移到蒸馏釜，蒸去溶剂即得成品。
用途
用于生产利谷隆、敌草隆、草不隆、灭草灵、敌稗等脲类除草剂和杀虫剂等农药的合成和一些医药中间体的合成。
