生产方法
1.盐酸法:苯胺盐酸盐和乙醇在180℃、2.94MPa下进行反应,蒸馏出过剩的乙醇和副产物乙醚,再加入30%NaOH和对甲苯磺酰氯,用水蒸气蒸馏去除副产物二乙基苯胺,再加入硫酸,即可制得产品。
2.三氯化磷法:苯胺、乙醇和三氯化磷在300℃、9.84MPa下反应,将反应混合物用真空蒸馏分馏制得N-乙基苯胺。
